What you give us: your first name and email address when you ask for a guide or place an order.

Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Technical information: device, browser and visit data collected through cookies.

We use your information to:

• Send you the guide or ebooks you asked for

• Process your payments and any refunds

• Reply to your messages and questions

• Send occasional gardening tips if you signed up

• Understand how our site is used and improve it

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click on it stops all marketing emails from us. We may still send messages about a purchase you made, such as receipts or access details.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. They use your payment details only to complete the transaction and to meet their own legal obligations.

Essential cookies keep the site and checkout working, and analytics cookies show us which pages are useful. We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may combine this with other information it holds, under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

We share information only with the services that help us run the business: our website and email platform (systeme.io), our payment provider (Stripe) and our advertising partner (Meta). We never sell your personal information.

We keep your information while you have an account or subscription with us, and afterwards only as long as legal, tax or accounting reasons require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by writing to helenebourry@vergersdumondepress.com. We reply within 30 days.

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too. We also announce significant changes by email.
